CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection", I express my unconditional consent to Astrea Corp LLP (BIN: 250140001626) and Astrea Balance LLP (BIN: 250140001656), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: 050000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Almaly district, Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue, 113/55, p. 40 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), for the processing of my personal data, taking into account the information below:

  • Improving service quality and personalizing interactions with the user.

  • Blocking, deletion, destruction.

  • As part of the use of the automation program "1C-Bitrix24", I give my consent to the transfer of data to LLC "1C-Bitrix", registered at the following address:
  • Transfer of personal data to third parties is possible in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  1. Storage period of personal data:
  • This consent is valid from the moment it is provided and remains in force for three (3) years or until revoked by the user.
  • Consent can be revoked by sending a corresponding statement to the email address info@astrea.kz or to the address: 050000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Almaly district, Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue, 113/55, p. 40.

  • Personal data collected for the declared purposes is not disclosed in public sources.
  • The Operator takes measures to protect data from unauthorized access and loss.
  1. Cross-border transfer of personal data:
  • If necessary to provide services or legal assistance requiring the transfer of personal data abroad, the user expressly consents to such a transfer within the group of companies, provided that data protection requirements are met.
