Managing Partner, Director of Astrea KZ

A lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, tax consulting and business litigation. Under her leadership, the Astrea KZ team implements legal strategies aimed at reducing risks and achieving clients' goals.
Meruet has extensive expertise in international and complex projects, many of which have received recognition in the Legal500, IFLR1000 and AsianLaw ratings. She is a member of professional legal communities and is actively developing her consulting practice.

Karamuldayeva

Deputy Director

Zhazira Muratovna has over 16 years of legal experience. She worked in the judicial system and in senior positions in legal departments of large companies. She represented clients in courts of various regions of Kazakhstan, as well as in the Supreme Court.
In Astrea KZ, she is responsible for the development of legal areas and support of highly complex projects.

Elmira Stalik

Senior Lawyer

Elmira has over 5 years of legal experience. Having started her career at the Almaty City Bar Association, she acquired practical skills in civil and criminal law. Subsequently, she held the position of senior lawyer in a company from the international Legal500 rating.
Currently, she is also a legal consultant of the Chamber of Legal Consultants "Justus" and a senior lecturer at one of the leading law schools in the country.
